The sandbox exposes free-form candidate and application notes only, with no activity-feed entries to filter out.

• Notes always link to a candidate; application_id is null for candidate-level notes.
• author_id is null for notes the sandbox generates without a user behind them.

We do not persist the attachment uploaded to the Sandbox integration. This means you won’t be able to retrieve any attachments from the Add attachment to application endpoint This action will fall back to the “Add attachment to candidate” action. Therefore, there could be cases where the attachment may not be added to the application but rather to the candidate.
