Reaching us

All Kombo plans include unlimited Slack and email support. As a customer, you have access to a shared Slack or Teams channel that is set up during onboarding. This is the fastest way to get help with implementation questions, tool-specific behavior, or debugging. If you don’t have access to the shared channel yet, reach out to support@kombo.dev.

With how diverse HR tools can be, we’ve learned that we should document as many of these differences as possible. On a per-tool basis, Kombo provides detailed guides for your customers to follow while connecting to your product; guides specific to your use case (for example, for ATS systems, knowing where to find the candidate source); a list of tool-specific limitations; and any other miscellaneous learnings that we’ve made with the tool, to enable you to integrate with confidence.
